A fitness boot camp can be described as a type of personal training program since you are training under a certified personal trainer or fitness coach. The only difference is that you will not be the only one getting instruction. Most boot camps are group boot camps meaning that you would be receiving instruction as a group. You will all be doing various exercise activities and you will likely work together with other participants to achieve goals. A fitness boot camp is a cheap option too. You can enroll in a boot camp program for as little as $20 a session. Sometimes, there are also free trial boot camp sessions that you can attend. In any event, you should think about trying it out one day.
